DEMOCRATS AND REPUBLICANS

If you are a Democrat or Republican registered to vote in Oro Valley and are on the vote by mail list then you will automatically receive your ballot by mail. This ballot will have your parties nominees as well as the Oro Valley Town Council candidates. Please remember that the Oro Valley election is non-partisan, but these partisan ballots are used to distribute the Oro Valley election to early voters.

Two types of voters are in jeopardy of being left out of voting for the Oro Valley Town Council: Independents and those who leave Oro Valley during the summer months.

INDEPENDENTS

Unless you specifically request a mail-in ballot, by selecting a party, you will not get one in the mail since this is technically a Primary Election. Your party selection will not become permanent.
